If you think you have ordered the wrong article or, for any given reason, you don’t like you purchase, merchandise can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided it meets the following requirements:

• All tags and original packaging must be intact
• Merchandise must be unworn and undamaged
• The original receipt must be attached

Bearing in mind the intimate nature of our products, standards of hygiene must be maintained. Therefore, certain items will NOT be exchanged. These include: panties, bodysuits, and any other lingerie set or item that includes panties. Kindly ensure you order accordingly. In case of exchange, the customer will bear courier the charges for one side.
